SPEECH PROVIDED BY GUEST OF HONOR IN OPENING EVENT IN SEMINAR OF 12 SPORTS TEACHERS.

TTU-Education Through Sports held Sports Seminar Since Monday on August,11 2014. This is among of the  big Sports Seminar Which held in Singida Regions 2014. The contents of this seminar  based in Athletics differ from the Seminars which passed where were for other sports, Such as Football, Netball, volleyball, Basketball Handball and other sport oriented  activities.
in the opening event the guest of Honor Madam Eva S. Mosha Who was Act.Regional Educational Officer (R.E.O) was  appreciated on how the Sports project working towards the development of Sports  Especially in Singida and the National wide.
In other hand Guest of honor blamed  why Some districts didn't take care about the initiative which done by the project Thus some time they didn't Pay even the Allowance for all teachers who attending in the course several  time. But what was seen in those who didn't support for any means their sports teachers when needed to attend to the seminar  is due to the luck of commitment, accountability and negative perspective. It is true that from societies to the authorities thinking that sports is like extra mater in the whole life of human being thats why  many institution and organization didn't care about sports. In that opening event the  guest of honor advised the public and non public organization to to work together towards the development of sports, this due to the opportunities which created by sports. Among of that opportunities are Employment, body and mind health, dignity, and also sports is a part of culture.

SEMINA YA WALIMU 12 WA MICHEZO KUFANYIKA MKOANI SINGIDA

Kutokana na wadau wengi kuguswa na maendeleo duni ya michezo Shuleni na mitaani Mradi wa TTU- Education Through Sports unaendesha semina ya walimu kumi na wawili ambao wanaandaliwa kuwa Walimu wa Walimu wenzao wanaofundisha michezo Mashuleni. Semina hii ni Mpango madhubuti wa kuona shule inakuwa ni chimbuko la Vipaji na Sehemu sahihi ya kuendeshea michezo kwa kuwa walimu ndio kundi pekee linalokaa na watoto tangu wakiwa wadogo hadi kukua kwao, hivyo basi mradi umeamua kuweka mkakati huo ili kuto fulsa hiyo kwa watoto.(Wanafunzi).
Meneja wa Mradi huu ameeleza kuwa anasikitishwa sana ana maendeleo Duni ya michezo Mkoa wa Singida na hata taifa kwa ujumla. amesema,
Michezo huchochea mahudhurio, Hutukinga na Magonjwa Mbalimbali hasa ya kitabia na pia hujenga Ushirikiano ndani ya jami na hata jamii moja hadi nyingine.
Sambamba na hilo amewasitiza walimu kuwa wabunifu katika uendeshaji wa ratiba zao za michezo kwani michezo huhitaji muda mwingi zaidi kuliko masomo mengine yanayo fundishwa shuleni.
Walimu nao pia katika ufunguzi wa Semina hii wameeleza kuwa bado kumekuwa na changamoto kubwa sana pindi wakiwa katika ufundishaji wa michezo  baadhi  ni

1. Kukosa ushirikiano kutoka  kwa wakuu wa shule .
2. Uhaba wa vifaa vya michezovya kufundishiwa.
3. Uwepo wa masomo mengi ambayo  wanahitajika kuwafundisha zaidi ya michezo. 
4. baadhi ya wadau kuto watambua wao pia kama wataalamu wa michezo. 

Sambamba  na hayo Mradi huu umewezesha  uwepo wa miondombinu ya kimichezo kwa Mkoa mzima  Singida kwa  upande wa Shule za Msingi na Sekondari. kutokana na taarifa ya Mradi huo wa TTU- Education Through Sports imeelezwa kuwa Mradi umegawa magoli ya chuma  ya Mpira wa miguu, Mpira wa Wavu na Mpira wa Netiboli kwa shule zote za Mkoa wa Singida Sekondari na Msingi.
Semina hii itafanyika  kwa Muda wa siku tano hivyo tutaendele kujuzana  kila kitakacho kuwa kikiendelea katika semina hii.
